Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping
All orders shipping to the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of order value. Your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Plain City, OH, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations via Amazon Logistics or other reliable carriers.
Shipping Fees (Non-Refundable):
- Asia: $5 USD
- Europe, South America, Oceania, Canada: $10 USD
Important Notes for International Orders:
Shipping fees are fixed and non-refundable, even if your order is returned, lost, or undeliverable.
Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable, and we strongly recommend contacting your local government customs office for clarification on potential charges.
Shipping Carriers
Domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics or USPS. International orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics or other carriers depending on destination and service availability.
- Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. (If you need the tracking information sooner, please feel free to contact us. )
- Lost or Damaged Packages
